USCIS denied Reinstatement 06/25/2020 – stating, “normal progression for a student with a master’s degree is progression to a higher level degree such as doctorate. Your response indicated that you are pursuing a second master’s degree to take CPA exam, which is the same level as the program you just completed. you have not demonstrated that you are making normal progress toward completing a course of study”.
